Pricing questions
Good to know.
Do I need to know the exact count when I book?
No. Choose your services and, if you like, an approximate amount. Our pickup partner counts every item at your door and records it with photos; your bill is made from that count.
When is it per piece and when is it per kg?
Each item has a per-piece price, a per-kg price, or both. For items priced both ways, our pickup partner asks you at the door whether to count them or weigh them, and the matching rate is used.
Why do prices differ between cities?
Some cities have their own rates. Choose your city above to see the prices that apply to your address.
When and how do I pay?
You see the items and the bill in your order right after pickup. Payment is collected when your clothes are delivered, by cash, UPI or card.
