Step 1
Book Your Pickup
Choose your services, enter your address and pick a pickup date and time slot. Your number is verified with a one-time code.
Step 2
We Care for Your Clothes
Your garments are counted and noted at the door, then processed according to the selected service and their care requirements.
Step 3
Freshness Delivered
Your clean garments come back to your doorstep. Track every step online and hand over the delivery code when they arrive.

At your door
Our pickup partner confirms the visit with your personal pickup code, which you see in your order. It makes sure the right person collects the right order.
Every item is counted with you and photographed. Visible stains or existing damage are noted, so there are no surprises later. You see the items and the bill in your order straight after pickup.
Step 02
In our care
Garments follow the path their service needs: dry cleaning skips washing, shoes skip ironing. Each step is recorded with the time and the person who did it.
Before packing, every order passes a quality check. If something isn't right, it is redone, not sent out.
Step 03
Back to you
When your order is on its way, a separate delivery code appears in your order. Check your items, share the code with the delivery partner and pay by cash, UPI or card.
The order is marked delivered only after the code is confirmed, and you receive a receipt.
