No. Our rates are published on the pricing page for every city, and pickup and delivery are free. Extra charges apply only to options you choose, such as express delivery or special garment care, and you see the full bill in your order.

Items are priced per piece or per kilogram, by city. We count your clothes at the door and your bill is made from what we collect. See Pricing for the rates in your city.

We deliver by pincode. Enter yours on the pricing page or when you book to check that we serve your area. Standard service usually takes 24 to 48 hours (about 48 hours from pickup); express service, where available, can deliver the same day or the next day. Your order shows each step as it happens.

Yes. Add your care instructions when you book and point out delicate items to our pickup partner; they are noted against the item. Garments are handled according to their care labels.
